Shipping Policy
The Candle Attic currently ships all orders via USPS Priority Mail. UPS Shipping is
available to customers wanting to have shipping billed to their UPS account. Any
customers wishing to ship this way will need to contact The Candle Attic at
sales@thecandleattic.com.
This excludes P.O. Box shipments, as UPS does not deliver to these addresses.
All orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. If there are any problems
with product availability The Candle Attic will contact the customer via e-mail.
Return Policy
In the event of damaged or unsatisfactory merchandise please return the items
within ten business days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please notify
us via e-mail at
